Charles Schmidt and Rick Pedigo founded Stonecrest in 1998 as an architectural planning/design and building firm. Their vision was to minimize the inconvenience and stress associated with the construction process and to provide a positive experience for the client. Stonecrest achieves their vision through careful preplanning. We complete selections, layout, design, details, pricing, etc... prior to the start of the construction process. This preplanning allows us to complete a project in a third of the time of the industry standards. Stonecrest offers accurate schedules, which are strictly adhered to, allowing the client to know what is happening and when it will happen.
